Period of inactivity ended

I had a bit of time away from the gym because of BiCon comedown.

I've been gymming three days in a row now though, which I'm pleased about.


Saturday:

I believe I did a standard chest/back day with a warm-up/cool-down, but I can't remember what I did exactly.

Sunday:

5 mins jog to gym (Camden) from bus stop
Dumbbell walking lunges with 2 * 12.5kg dumbbells: 2.5 up and down the carpeted bit of the gym. Realised that I'd not done a good enough warm-up as my thighs were hurting.
10 minutes upright bike
Shoulder press (I can't remember the weights/reps)
Tricep push back: 5kg * 10, 8, 8
Cable: tricep exercise that is difficult to describe, dunno if it has a name. High to low woodchopper. Low to high woodchopper.
30 minutes steady cardio on reclining bike.

Monday:

25 mins walk to gym (Camden)
10 mins warm-up on reclining bike
Dumbbell squats with 2 * 12.5kg dumbells: 8, 6, 5
Lying dumbbell chest press: 12.5kg * 12, 10, 8
Lying dumbbell flyes: 7.5kg * 12, 10, 8
Dumbbell deadlift with 2 * 15kg dumbbells: 6, 8, 6 (felt and looked really good)
10 minutes step
20 minutes steady cardio on the reclining bike
25 minutes walk home

I really like how I can sculpt my body with diet and exercise. It's great! I'm looking forward to my weightlifting class. One week away, yikes!
