(no subject)

It's taken me a while to get back into going to the gym. BiCon really wiped me out. I have been doing a bit of jogging and quite a lot of walking though.

Tuesday:

Jogged to gym.
Upper body workout (back and chest).
Walked home. Walked to Holborn and back, then walked to Fitzrovia and back. Total walking: 5 miles.

Wednesday:

Booked weightlifting/powerlifting course.
Walked around Bloomsbury, walked home.
Walked to Camden Town via the canal/Kentish Town.
30 minutes HIIT on the exercise bike.
(Ate too much food, bah.)

Today: vague plans for exercise. Need more concrete ones! I have work later, so I don't want to do something that uses my wrists too much. Maybe a longish jog?
