First run

[livejournal.com profile] doubtfulace took me for a jog today. (Background: I've done the Ct5K program a couple of times without getting to the final bit of being able to run for 20 minutes. Apart from a handful of sessions, I've always jogged on the treadmill because I get multiple suicidal thoughts when jogging in public.) I did two jogs, one for 3/4 of a mile and one for a whole mile. I'm really pleased! It's a big breakthrough for me. We're going to do it again.

Technical thing: seeing as DW supports LJ html, if I want to refer to a LJ user with that little person symbol, how do I do it without it becoming a DW thing?
