Dance dance dance dance dance to the radio
Friday I jogged to the gym and did an upper-body workout (chest/back). I went in the morning, and there was hardly anyone there. It was good!
Saturday was a rest day; I can't really include the dancing I did at Vagabonds as exercise. It was mostly of the shoe-gazing variety.
This early afternoon I went to the hip dance moves class. I only made it to half an hour before my negative head kicked in. Ho hum. I'm going to go to a few more classes before I try anything else.
Gym today
Floating platform thing to warm up (fun, difficult, cardio)
Squats: 14kg dumbbells * 10, 8, 6
Walking lunges: 12kg dumbbells * 6 lengths of the gym
Pull-ups: 55kg counterweight * 8, 6
Shoulder press: 6kg * 12, 10, 8
Forward deltoid raise: 4kg * 10, 8, 8
Tricep backwards push thing: 3kg * 10, 8, 8
Overhead tricep extensions: 3kg * 8, 6, 6
Need to do more cardio! I'm thinking of starting most/some days with a swim, will see how that goes. Also, need to step up the running... but I can't do everything at once!
